Our Last Week
The children have had a very busy week this week making their very own photo frames in D&T. While under adult supervision, the children had a go at using a hand saw, sandpaper and a glue gun. After they had built the frames, the children got to paint and decorate
them.
This week the whole school had a visit from a theatre company to perform a pantomime. The children enjoyed watching their rendition of ‘Alain’.
Week beginning 24th November 2025
During Computing the children have been creating their own short stories with animations on ‘Purple Mash – 2 create a story’. We have been very impressed with their work, well done Puffins!
This week in Year 1 the children have been introduced to our ‘Advent tree’. We will be choosing a lucky child to pick a brand new wrapped book to be opened and read each day!!! We have also put up the class Christmas tree which the children decorated.
In Geography last week we went on a ‘Human’ and ‘Physical’ features hunt around the school grounds. The children each had their own maps to label.
During Music the children had a go at composing their very own piece of music.
In French this week the children have been learning to say fruits in French.
