In science the children have been learning all about animals and what they need in order to survive. The children got to design and create their own posters on how to look after animals.

During English this week the children have been looking at Nursery Rhymes. We have been singing along and doing actions. The children have also been working in pairs to read and place rhymes back into order.

Puffins have been moving and a grooving to the music this week. Check out the children in the videos to see their moves.

During computing this week the children have been looking at algorithms. The children have logged into Purple Mash using the Wonde pupil login. Working in pairs, the children then had a go at completing the challenges.

In geography Puffins have been looking at the map of the UK. We looked at Google Earth and then zoomed in onto the UK looking at the countries and capital cities. As a class we then labelled a map.
